How to replace glass cooking top
Unlocking tool 140067355010 is required for this repair. The underside of the hob may scratch the surface it’s on, it is advised to place a towel on the working surface to avoid scratches.
1. Push the tool up into the slot on the hob to release the side clips of the hob glass.

2. Using the tool, unclip the glass in all positions on the hob glass. The number and placement of clips may vary depending on the appliance.

3. Lift the glass from the hob.

4. Carefully position the new hob glass onto the frame, making sure to align all the clips properly (make certain each clip is correctly placed with the tension spring on the exterior of the body and the clip on the interior).

5. Press down hard on all sides of the hob to make sure the clips are snapped in.
