Issue:
- The image from the camera is not visible in the app
Applies to:
- CombiSteam Pro Smart connected oven
Resolution:
1. Restart the router.
If the problem remains, move router as close to the oven as possible.
Cause:
- The wireless network signal strength too is weak.
