Issue:

  • The image from the camera is not visible in the app

Applies to:

  • CombiSteam Pro Smart connected oven

Resolution:

1. Restart the router.

If the problem remains, move router as close to the oven as possible.

Cause:

  • The wireless network signal strength too is weak.
