HOW TO REPLACE A RADIANT HEATER

1. Unscrew the glass in all positions on the hob glass. The number and placement of screws may vary depending on the appliance.

2. Unplug all the wires connected to the coil; the number of wires may vary depending on the appliance. Take a photo of the wires before unplugging them.

3. Push the metal parts holding the coil on the metal plate in towards the centre of the coil, then pull the coil up.

4. Push the holding springs up to remove them from the coils; you can use a screwdriver to help.

5. When reassembling, repeat the steps in reverse order.
