Before any repair or maintenance operation, deactivate the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket.

Always be careful when moving appliances. For heavy appliances, it's safest for two people to move it. Always wear safety gloves and safety boots. Keep safety gloves on at all times to protect against cuts from sharp edges.

Wear safety gloves if you're doing any maintenance or repair work on belts.

Only adults should use or install the product.

Always empty the appliance of all the water, e.g. tumble dryer water container. Any maintenance should be carried out with the appliance standing upright. Residual water could damage electronics if the appliance is placed on any of its sides.

Make sure to use the product only for its designated purpose and verify that it is a compatible part for the intended product.

HOW TO REPLACE THERMOSTAT
The thermostat is situated in the top panel

1. Unscrew the top panel by taking out the two screws.

2. Remove the top panel

3. Remove the capillary holder then detach the capillary tube from the holder

4. Remove the plastic tube from the capillary then straighten it

5. Pull out the capillary

6. Take out the dodgy thermostat

7. Take out the control unit from the panel then remove the temperature regulation button

8. Swap out the dodgy thermostat

9. Put the thermostat into the control unit and then secure the control unit into the top panel

10. Reattach the top panel

11. Secure the capillary to the capillary holder. Attach the top panel using the screws
