HOW TO REPLACE THE PLASTIC HINGE

1. Open the metal panel

2. Detach the metal panel from the cooker hood housing.

On the right-hand side of the panel, move the sliding pin (marked in red) to the left and remove the hinge from the metal slot in the housing (marked in green).

On the left-hand side of the panel, remove the hinge from the metal slot in the housing (marked in green) by shifting the panel to the right.

3. Remove the protective foam from the panel.

4. Loosen the screw on the plastic hinge using a screwdriver with a PH1 bit.

5. Remove the broken plastic hinge from the slot in the metal panel.

6. Insert the new plastic hinge into the slot in the metal panel (make sure the pins of the plastic hinge are correctly positioned in the metal slots).

7. Fix the plastic hinge with the screw.

8. Put the protective foam inside the metal panel.

9. Fix the metal panel to the cooker hood housing.

In the first step, the metal panel must be secured on the left-hand side by inserting the hinge pin into the slot in the housing.

In the second step, the metal panel must be secured on the right-hand side by moving the hinge pin to the left (1–red) and inserting it into the slot in the housing (2–green).

10. Close the metal panel.
