Issue:
- The time displayed on the tumble dryer display does not match the time indicated on the energy label
Applies to:
- Vented dryer
- Condenser dryer
- Heat pump dryer
Resolution:
1. The time shown on the tumble dryers display is not the same as the time indicated by the energy labels.
- The energy labels indicate the drying time for the maximum load.
- Time shown on the display is the drying time for real load.
- A tumble dryer dries on average around approx. 5 kg every time, so the time is displayed for this size of load.
