Robotic vacuum's batteries do not charge, run time is low or the batteries run out fast
Resolution
The battery life has expired. Replace the batteries.
- Always change the 2 battery packs at the same time.
- Please also make sure to clean the charging pads both on robot and charger with a dry cloth.
Note: There is a 6 month warranty period for batteries.
