How to use the lock function
Turn on the lock function to lock the control panel while you are cooking on the hob. This prevents you from accidentally changing the heat setting.
Turn on the lock function:
1. Turn on the hob
2. On selected models: Set heat settings
3. Press ![]()

How to use the child lock function
Turn on the child lock function to lock the control panel when not using the hob. When you’re cooking, you can temporarily turn it off – it will remain active even after you turn off the hob, so you don’t have to lock it again after each use. We recommended to use child lock when you are cleaning the hob.
If your induction hob has a touch screen, enter the menu to turn on or off child lock. Otherwise, follow the instructions below.
Turn on the child lock:
1. Press and hold
to activate function until the indicator above the symbol appears
Turn off the child lock:
1. Press ![]()
2. Press and hold
for up to 4 seconds until the indicator above the symbol disappears
3. Start cooking by selecting a heat level on one or multiple zones.
